Stepping on the scale and being 2lbs away from 200lbs jerked me wide awake and I decided to make a change for myself, releasing 35lbs in 3 months simply by starting my workout journey, changing my diet and staying consistent. Through a diagnosis a few years later I even more so realized that the nutrition we are fueling our bodies with and with what and that we are supplementing absolutely matters as our body functions deplete as we age.
